“I’ve just finished a stretch and restore class with Goodnick and I was just thinking how much more supple I am compared to when I started seven months ago. I can touch my toes easily, I can stand on one leg with my eyes closed, those are my two greatest accomplishments. Picking up my grandson has got so much easier, my core’s much stronger, but he’s getting heavier, so I’ve got to get stronger if I’m going to continue to pick him up. With Goodnick, you know you build each week with something else and I love it. I look forward to Mondays when they pop into my inbox. I will continue for as long as I can. I absolutely love it.”
