The Get In Goodnick coaching team, experts in strength, balance and mobility
Rob McAvoy, Get In Goodnick head coach
Founder & Programme Architect

Rob McAvoy

It was never about the best programme. It was a coach who cared.

At 16, Rob found an athletics coach in Belfast who believed in him before he believed in himself. That coach didn't hand him a programme, he handed him a relationship. Structure when there wasn't any. Belief when there wasn't enough, and a standard to rise to.

After the Royal Marines, Rob spent fifteen years coaching at the highest level: Olympic athletes, Grammy winners, BAFTA winners, entrepreneurs and CEOs. And one thing became impossible to ignore. The clients who got results weren't the ones with the best programmes, they were the ones with a coach who cared about their results more than they did.

Get In Goodnick is that coaching, built around you. A team.

Good health comes from good habits

The industry treats your aches, pains, and limited movement as 'wear and tear'.

It's not.

We take an integrated approach, which means looking after your health as a whole. There are no quick fixes, but doing the right things for your body for long enough will give you real results in your:

  • Balance
  • Posture
  • Stamina
  • Energy
  • Sleep
  • Mobility
  • Strength
  • Confidence
  • Bone density
  • Gut health

How to get long-lasting strength, fitness and mobility

Simple: Support.

We know that you don't get lasting results from going it alone. To stride into the rest of your life as strong, confident, and capable as you want to be takes an expert support system in your corner, there for the good days and the difficult ones.

Good coaching is about more than just direction, it's about accountability, support, education, and understanding.
