Goodnick co-founder, Harry Edmeades

“There were hundreds of health options helping younger people like me, but who’s looking after people like my mum and dad?”

Moving back in with their parents during lockdown inspired Goodnick co-founders Rob McAvoy and Harry Edmeades to build something for women who want to feel their very best as they get older

Goodnick founder and head of programme

Rob spent spent 15 years as one of the UK’s leading personal trainers, training top performers from Olympic athletes and BAFTA award-winning actors to Grammy award-winning singers, before immersing himself in breakthrough research around physical ageing. When his old client Harry Edmeades reached out because he was doing a similar thing, they created Goodnick, developing a specialised routine that radically improves the physical abilities and the lives of the over-50s.

Former restauranteur Harry became obsessed with health and longevity during the 2020 COVID pandemic. He devoured scientific reports and followed the work of top longevity doctors, trying to figure out how we can stay healthier for longer – and how he could make sure his parents would have many years of playing with their grandchildren. That motivated him to call his old trainer and wellness expert, Rob McAvoy, and together they created Goodnick.

Stop feeling your age

Want to move now like you moved 20 years ago? Then you need a routine made for women like you. A routine for women who are sick and tired of feeling week and tired.
