The Goodnick Routine is a simple, structured, and progressive exercise routine designed to fit seamlessly into your week. You’ll do three 20-minute sessions - delivered at 6am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday - plus an optional bonus stretch session on Saturday. Every nine weeks, you’ll start a fresh cycle, so your workouts stay varied and exciting. The goal? To “keep the streak” by completing all three sessions each week, giving you 60 minutes of full-body exercise that builds strength, stamina, balance, and mobility.

How does the routine work?

What will I do in the sessions?
Every Goodnick session is built around four key pillars designed to help you feel stronger, move better and stay independent. Strength uses light resistance like dumbbells and bands to safely build muscle and bone strength, boosting your immune system and sharpening your resilience. Balance and stability exercises lay a solid foundation, improving coordination and reducing the risk of falls, so you can move confidently in everyday life. Stamina focuses on heart-healthy, low-impact movements tailored to your ability, keeping your heart strong and your energy high. And finally, stretch and mobility improves flexibility, eases joint pain and enhances functional movement while stretching your limits - physically and mentally.
What if I’ve not exercised before or it’s been a while?
Not a problem. Our routine starts with low-impact, beginner-friendly exercises that focus on the essentials, like balance and stability, to help you build confidence from day one. You’ll be guided every step of the way by real humans (not chatbots) who make sure you’re supported, safe, and using good form. As you progress, you’ll gradually take on more strength-based movements, always at a pace that works for you.
What nutrition advice will I get?

How quickly will I see results?
