“For me it’s about a commitment to myself without a structure. I wouldn’t do it, I’d put it off until tomorrow. Now three days a week I do the workout, I do the stretching on Saturday and I feel so much stronger, so much more mentally alert. I’m doing things now which probably a very long time ago I would have taken for granted. I had double knee surgery two years ago and I concentrated on getting my knees fitter and adjusted but the rest of my body got forgotten about. This approach is so holistic that there’s no area that gets left behind. I genuinely do feel stronger and fitter from head to toe. Please give it a try. Honestly, if I can do this and enthuse about it quite easily, anybody can. It just makes you feel like you’re actively trying to hold on to the bit of youth that we all have left and hopefully we will have going forward to do the things we enjoy.”
