Welcome to Goodnick.

We’re a health movement for women over 60 who want to live, age and thrive on their own terms.

We’re here to help you build a body as willing as your mind is wishing – so you can keep doing the things you love, with freedom and confidence.

We’re not here to shout at you or sell you quick fixes. We’re here with structure, support and science that actually works. The Goodnick way is rooted in care, backed by doctors and fuelled by community.

What we believe

You can’t stop getting older, but you can take control of how you feel. With just four 20-minute sessions a week, our Age Smarter™ programme builds the strength, energy and independence to keep you doing what you love.

We’re not about chasing youth – we’re about embracing life, exactly as you are. Because getting older shouldn’t mean giving things up. It should mean being more you than ever.

Why we started

Inspired by our mothers’ resilience, Goodnick provides the expert guidance and support they deserve, by empowering every woman over 60 to face ageing with strength, embrace getting older with confidence, and live life on her terms.

We’ve heard it too many times: society makes older women feel invisible. We’re here to change that. Goodnick exists so you can move through life with strength, style and spark. Without the clichés.
