Goodnick founder and head of programme

Robert has spent most of his career training top performers, from Olympic athletes and BAFTA award-winning actors to Grammy award-winning singers. During the 2021 lockdowns, he had an ‘aha’ moment when he realised no one was helping his parents beat the odds of ageing by keeping them strong and in shape. This led him to immerse himself in breakthrough research around physical ageing and develop a specialised routine designed to radically improve the physical abilities of people over 50. That routine, now called the Age Smarter Routine, is at the heart of how Goodnick transforms the physical abilities of our members.
